What are the minimum order quantities?
With your formula: 30,000 capsules or 300 bottles. With your private label: If you want to use the products we already have with your label the minimum quantity is 150 bottles.
Can I order products you already manufacture?
Yes, we call this Private Labeling where we would apply your label to our existing supplements. The minimum quantity is only 150 units. Please call for the production schedule for the items of interest. We can add your production to our production cycle, just make sure you notify us in advance. We typically manufacture every 4 to 6 months. This is how you can get freshly made products with your label on it.
Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes! we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, and Discover.
I don’t have a formula. Can NSM formulate one for me?
NSM’s main goal is produce a supplement to your specifications. We do not stock formulas for the sole purpose of contract manufacturing. However, we would be happy to offer suggestions and advice if you would like a consult for a potential product you have in mind.
I already have a formula. Will NSM manufacture it for me?
Yes! We can formulate products to your specification and strict confidentiality.
What measures do you take to protect my intellectual property?
We at NSM understand that your Intellectual Property is your most valuable asset. We will gladly sign your Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
I don’t have a label. Can you design and print one for me?
Yes! NSM has a wonderful graphics department and we can accommodate large or small quantities for custom labels. You may either provide NSM with your label, which we will apply, or NSM will have your custom label designed and printed according to your specifications.
What if I can Print my own labels?
We would be happy to apply your custom labels to your product. However, Call us before printing your own labels. Due to FDA rules, wording on dietary supplements is highly regulated. We have the experience to know what can and cannot be printed on your labels.
What is the minimum quantity for label printing?
150 Labels.
How much does NSM charge for label design and printing?
At NSM, we will work directly with you to produce the labels that you want. Your designs, your specifications, your symbols, your product! All graphic design work is subject to a $50 per hour charge, and printing labels here is subject to an additional $0.30 per unit. The smart move would be to have as much of your label design laid out before we work with you on finalizing it so that there is as little work on our part as possible.
How long will it take to get my products?
Please call. Many factors such as order quantity, supplement formulation, label size & design, shipping destination, and other factors affect the amount of time it takes to get your products. Estimated Time of Delivery can be given to you with your quote upon request.
What kind of documentation will my order come with?
Along with your custom product, you will receive a copy of all laboratory testing results as well as a Certificate of Analysis for each raw material used.
What does GMP mean?
Good Manufacturing Practices: GMP or cGMP are followed by pharmaceutical, biotech and nutritional supplement firms to ensure that the products produced meet specific requirements for identity, strength, quality, and purity. FDA regulates these industries to ensure cGMPs are being carefully followed. GMP is the manufacturer’s roadmap to quality and provides a high level of safety for the consumer.
Does NSM use GMPs in their manufacturing process?
Yes! We at Nutritional Supplement Manufacturers incorporate Good Manufacturing Practices in all aspects of our laboratory analysis, manufacturing, packaging and labeling processes. We consult with leading quality control experts to continuously update our cGMPs and SOPs.
