Our Number One Priority
We don’t take any shortcuts when it comes to Quality Control. We manufacture in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) protocols (based upon FDA’s Current Good Manufacturing Practices), which were implemented in our company under consultation from Pharmaceutical Consulting Services, LLC (PCS).
GMP or cGMP are followed by companies that require standardized production, such as pharmaceutical, biotech and nutritional supplements. This allows for traceable control on identity, strength, quality, and purity. FDA regulates companies in those industries to ensure that cGMPs are being carefully followed. GMP provides a high level of safety for the consumer. We incorporate Current Good Manufacturing Practices in all aspects of our operations:
- Laboratory analysis
- Manufacturing
- Packaging
- Labeling
- Processes
We have also developed comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Master Batch Records (MBR) and Production Batch Records (PBR).
This ensures meticulous record keeping and quality assurance.
Our procedures and records provide the specific step-by-step directions of how to manufacture our supplements in a traceable high quality manner. They are like recipes written for each and every aspect of manufacturing.
When you manufacture a product with us, you will receive all of the required documentation you need to verify a safe product. This includes test records, certificates of analysis, processing records, finished goods specifications, etc.
